Welcome to The Other Body Shop. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our fitness center facilities, equipment, services, websites, landing pages, mobile features, and text messaging (SMS) communication programs (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing our facilities, signing up for a membership or trial pass, submitting your information on our web forms, or opting into our text messaging program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services or opt into our communication channels.

By entering into an agreement with The Other Body Shop or interacting with our digital channels, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have legal parental/guardian consent, and that all information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete.

The Other Body Shop provides 24-hour fitness center access to valid key fob or digital pass holders. Members and guests agree to adhere to the following facility rules:

• Access Credentials: Access key fobs or passes are non-transferable and must only be used by the registered member. Tailgating or permitting unauthorized individuals into the facility is strictly prohibited.

• Code of Conduct: Members must treat fellow gym members, staff, and equipment with respect. Re-rack weights after use, sanitize equipment, and maintain proper personal hygiene and appropriate workout attire.

• Safety & Monitoring: Facilities are under 24/7 video surveillance for safety and security purposes.

3. SMS and Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions

The Other Body Shop operates a mobile text messaging program designed to communicate promotional offers, membership deals, trial pass alerts, fitness tips, facility updates, and account notifications. By submitting your phone number and checking the SMS opt-in checkbox on our web form, landing page, or sign-up form, you explicitly agree to the following Mobile Terms:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Other Body Shop, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the facilities or mobile services.
